    Please forward this information to others on your mailing list. India is held together by fragile links, if BJP continues in power, it will break-apart from within sooner than expected. Pakistan or no other nation can guarantee that another assault on Indian institutions will not occur in light of over 140 seccessionist movements I have listed below.

    Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF)-- The dominant faction of this outfit declared a ceasefire in 1994 which still holds and the outfit restricts itself to a political struggle.
    All Party Hurriyat Conference (APHC) -- an alliance of 26 diverse political and socio-religious outfits amalgamated to provide a political face for the rebels in the State.
